Registration for Youth E.S.C.A.P.E. 2019 Is Now Open

Training for the Executive Members of the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School Student Council

The Director of the Department of Youth and Culture – Mr. Bren Romney, conducted a training session for the Executive Body of the Student Council of the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School. Inter-Primary School Calypso Competition a Success

The Inter-Primary Calypso Competition was held on Saturday 25th May 2019. The event was organized by the Platinum Band, The Anguilla National Calypso Association and the Department of Youth and Culture. Seven students representing the various primary schools participated in this much-anticipated competition and made their debut in the calypso arena. The students sang on the theme ‘Stand together, Stop Bullying forever.’

The Anguilla Youth Parliament (AYP) is a platform for young people to articulate specific youth related issues and concerns and share their perspectives on matters of national importance.
